CREÄ is seeking motivated professionals to join our growing team. Duties will require working with clients and company staff, and coordinating with other consultants to deliver high-quality design and ensure superior client services. These are leadership positions. The selected candidate will be required to develop and manage project budgets to ensure high-quality deliverables within budget. The candidate will build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project and the firm.

Landscape Architecture (1 Position)

1. Experience in creative landscape design and cost estimation.
2. Experience in assembling construction drawing sets and specifications.
3. Experience in working with public agency staff.
4. Good working knowledge of Washington state and city codes for landscape design and low impact development.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a true team player.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
8. Experience in client management and business development.
9. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting programs is mandatory (be explicit about skill level: beginner, intermediate, advanced).
10. Experience in site analysis and construction oversight will be given preference (describe experience).

Sustainability (1 Position)

1. Experience in equity analysis and race and social justice plans and strategies.
2. Experience in climate action plans.
3. Experience in working with public agency staff.
4. Good working knowledge of community indicators and performance management.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a true team player.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
8. Experience in client management and business development.
9. Proficiency in carbon footprinting.
10. LEED or a similar accredited certification.

Planning (1 Position)

1. Experience in land use and comprehensive planning.
2. Experience in analyzing and writing codes.
3. Experience in working with public agency staff .
4. Good working knowledge of Washington state and city codes.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a true team player.
6. Superior interpersonal skills.
8. Experience in client management and business development.
9. Proficiency in GIS (be explicit about skill level: beginner, intermediate, advanced).
