Who We Are

CREÄ Affiliates provides integrated professional services that incorporate low-carbon, restorative, resilient, healthy, equitable, and culturally sensitive project solutions–the foundations for a sustainable future. We integrate these solutions into existing or new projects, plans, policies, and organizational strategies.

OUR MISSION

CREÄ is the root form of creativity in many languages. It embodies our mission to return professional practice to the crux of our collective creativity, and then coax that creativity into directions that are responsive to the wisdom of the past while informing the emerging paradigms and opportunities of the 21st century.

WHAT WE DELIVER

CREÄ provides a comprehensive understanding and straightforward application of practical sustainability principles that integrate many disciplines and perspectives. In addition to our planners and business strategists, our talented designers use our people-centric principles to bring places and spaces to life in a way that is sustainable and builds community.

With CREÄ by their side, our clients and team partners know that their projects will sail through permitting or green building certification processes. For managers wanting to embrace this new way of making decisions and measuring results, we offer organizational development workshops and manuals.

OUR CLIENTS

Our clients range from the municipal sector (cities, counties, and states), transit agencies, and maritime operators to the private and institutional sectors. They welcome our experience, knowledge, and passion. In addition to our ability to leverage project budgets on tight deadlines, their testimonials acknowledge our expertise in forging long-lasting relationships with stakeholders and leaders. Our clients appreciate how our sustainability-driven approach:

  • Eases their decision-making
  • Streamlines administration
  • Boosts their bottom line
