CREÄ offers comprehensive green building advisory and design services. We work with developers, architects, and communities to better understand opportunities and propose solutions for integrating green building techniques, energy-efficient and clean energy technologies, and efficient programming at the building level. We have been recognized at international design competitions for our integrated and rigorous approach to green building and have consulted with a number of agencies to integrate green building principles into their designs.

Our green building advisors are trained architects and thus able to offer solutions that are both sensitive to the design vision and uniquely technologically savvy. We have designed residences that meet the Living Building Challenge, green roofs that filter and reduce run-off, and rainwater harvesting systems to collect and reuse rainwater.
